The role is responsible for implementing field inspection plans, identifying and documenting violations and non-compliance, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to facilitate corrective actions in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
Conduct field visits to all advertising sites and installations in accordance with the approved monthly monitoring and inspection plan.
Develop and implement periodic monitoring and inspection plans in coordination with relevant teams and stakeholders, prioritizing and scheduling visits based on operational and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to organize and schedule field visits and ensure the efficient execution of monitoring activities.
Verify compliance of advertising sites and installations with approved permits, technical requirements, and regulatory standards during field monitoring activities.
Conduct field visits in response to reported cases, verify findings, and implement corrective actions in accordance with approved procedures.
Identify, document, and report cases of non-compliance, violations, or damage at advertising sites and escalate them for the necessary action.
Record field inspection results and maintain accurate records by updating relevant systems, databases, and documentation.
Prepare periodic reports and statistics related to monitoring activities and submit them to the direct supervisor.
Comply with approved information security, confidentiality, policies, procedures, and regulations while performing assigned duties.
Perform any other duties related to the nature of the role as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with (0–2) years of relevant work experience.
Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with (2–4) years of relevant work experience in the same field.
