Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Advent Moxy Consultant to join our Wealth & Asset Management team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise in trade order management and portfolio workflows with hands-on experience in Advent Moxy, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, operations, and compliance teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.

Business Analysis: Document workflows for trade order routing, compliance checks, portfolio accounting, and reconciliation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• System Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of Advent Moxy modules, tailoring order management workflows to Wealth & Asset Management processes.
• Integration Oversight: Coordinate integration projects with external systems (trading platforms, settlement systems, risk engines) using FIX, SWIFT, and APIs.
• Project Delivery: Lead UAT, training sessions, and change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionalities.
• Process Expertise: Provide deep functional insights into portfolio accounting, compliance reporting, and trade lifecycle management.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance system performance, and improve operational efficiency.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of techno-functional experience with Advent Moxy in Wealth & Asset Management.
• Hands-on expertise in Moxy configuration, workflows, and compliance modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of portfolio accounting, trade order workflows, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
• Familiarity with financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX.
• Technical understanding of SQL/Oracle databases, FIX protocol, and APIs (to collaborate effectively with technical teams).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth & Asset Management domain projects.
  
  

Exposure to Advent Synchova for portfolio accounting and reporting.

• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience working in the Middle East financial services sector is a plus.
