The Administrative Specialist 09M26 plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of an organization by providing specialized administrative support. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between departments to coordinate and facilitate communication.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams and departmental projects.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and tracking utilisation as needed.
  • Support the budgeting and financial processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
