Job Description

The Administrative Officer at College 16N25 plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of the college's administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for various departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage database systems for college operations.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support faculty and staff with administrative tasks and report preparations.
  • Ensure compliance with college policies and procedures in all activities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective daily operations.
  • Manage procurement processes and liaise with vendors to support college needs.
  • Organize travel arrangements and lodging for faculty and college guests.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by providing administrative support.
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials for college committees and boards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
