Job Description

The Administrative Officer 14N25 plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and administration of a company or organization. This position involves a diverse range of duties from coordinating office tasks, managing schedules, to supporting senior managers with essential administrative duties. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth office activities.
  • Maintain and organize office files and documents for easy accessibility.
  • Assist in managing schedules for senior management, setting appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other important company documents.
  • Provide support in budgeting and tracking expenses for various departments.
  • Handle email, phone, and mail correspondence for timely responses.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to promote cooperation and efficiency.
  • Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve operations.
  • Support HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff inquiries.
  • Coordinate and participate in company events and special projects as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills required for effective performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
