Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Female Administrative Coordinator with a strong background in finance, administration, and banking to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and excels in administrative and coordination tasks within a fast-paced environment.


Key Qualifications:

  • PG preferred 
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
  • Strong background in Finance, Administration, and Banking
  • Fair knowledge of banking lending products, such as Trade & Working Capital, Project Finance, Mortgages, Guarantees, and Bonds
  • Strong research and analytical skills with an understanding of financial markets
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Highly customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality on all company, customer, and personnel matters


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative, clerical, and office support to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond to all client requests within 24 hours, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate and process reservations, agreements, and other documents efficiently
  • Support the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, and briefs, ensuring high standards and error-free outputs
  • Attend project meetings, prepare detailed meeting minutes, and track action items
  • Assist with document preparation, follow up on timelines, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables
  • Maintain an efficient communication platform and a professional, organized work environment
  • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefs from various sources
  • Update and manage databases, including sales order statuses
  • Support the team in achieving annual travel management contracts and other administrative goals
  • Promote the organization’s services to clients through proactive coordination and support
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive matters


Requirements:

  • Female candidate with proven experience in administrative roles within banking or finance
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work
  • Ability to collaborate with teams while managing individual responsibilities
