An Administrative Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of a business by supporting various office tasks. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling and correspondence handling.
  • Maintain and update office records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including room bookings and agenda preparations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and external communications.
  • Assist in creating and formatting presentations, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and teams as necessary.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and company-wide events.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to work.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including courier deliveries and pickups.
  • Conduct research and compile information for internal projects and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a corporate setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality handling sensitive information diligently.
