Summary: We are looking for a dynamic & detail-oriented Admin Assistant to work directly with our CEOs and their current Executive Assistant, to provide additional support. The Admin Assistant will support on a variety of different things from calendar management, administrative assistance or even helping out on campaign shoots or events and ensuring the smooth running of them.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working directly with Executive team to support with their daily work routine
• Supporting with calendar management
• Administrative assistance; documentation, files, emails etc.
• Provide support on travel bookings and arrangements
• Coordinate with other members of the team
• Support with ad-hoc request from the CEOs
• Coordinate & help with the organization of ongoing projects
• Drafting agendas ahead of meetings
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Taking minutes during meetings
• Researching & sourcing beauty products
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  
  

• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• A keen eye for attention to detail
• Experienced with administrative assistance
• An energetic team-player
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
