Join our IT Digital Team as an Administrative Assistant – IT, where you will play a key role in supporting the IT function by ensuring smooth coordination, effective documentation, and efficient day-to-day operations across systems and teams.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Provide administrative support to the IT team, including scheduling, documentation, and task coordination.
  • Maintain and organize IT documentation, reports, and records (e.g., incident logs, RCA reports, system updates).
  • Track and follow up on IT incidents to ensure KPIs for First and Second Level support are met.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and team activities, including maintaining records on learning platforms.
  • Support onboarding activities for new IT team members (access setup, documentation, coordination).
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for administrative and coordination matters.
  • Monitor and manage IT assets, inventory, costs, and related documentation.
  • Assist in process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives within the IT function.
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies and procedures.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within an IT or technical environment.
  • Basic understanding of IT terminology, systems, or environments is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
