Job Description

Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative functions.

Maintain and update company records, documents, and filing systems (both physical and digital).

Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and other business documentation.

Assist in project coordination, including tracking progress, documentation, and communication with clients or vendors.

Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

Support HR and finance teams in administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, expense processing, and maintaining employee records.

Ensure proper handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and courier deliveries.

Liaise with external partners, clients, and suppliers as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.

Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and payment follow-ups when required.

Contribute to improving administrative processes and operational efficiency.

Proven experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

Attention to detail and high level of professionalism.

Experience in project-based industries (construction, interiors, trading, etc.) is an advantage.

Familiarity with documentation such as LPOs, SOAs, invoices, and completion certificates.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
