• Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
• Maintain and update company records, documents, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
• Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and other business documentation.
• Assist in project coordination, including tracking progress, documentation, and communication with clients or vendors.
• Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Support HR and finance teams in administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, expense processing, and maintaining employee records.
• Ensure proper handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and courier deliveries.
• Liaise with external partners, clients, and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
• Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and payment follow-ups when required.
• Contribute to improving administrative processes and operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and high level of professionalism.
Experience in project-based industries (construction, interiors, trading, etc.) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with documentation such as LPOs, SOAs, invoices, and completion certificates.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
