Job Description

An Administrative Assistant at 28O25 is a key role designed to support the smooth operation of the office while ensuring a productive and positive work environment. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, provide support to the management team, and handle day-to-day office tasks. This includes scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and managing office supplies. The individual in this role is also expected to facilitate interdepartmental communication and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize daily administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Maintain and update office files, both physical and electronic, as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners via email and phone.
  • Order and manage office supplies inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefs for management use.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, including maintaining databases and records.
  • Handle correspondence, sort mail, and distribute documents among team members.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
  • Support human resources activities, including onboarding, recruitment processes, and employee engagement.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion at all times.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Experience with office management systems and equipment is highly desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in related field preferred.
