Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will communicate via email and phone ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, manage competing priorities and have excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with a professional demeanor.
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records for easy access.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Manage office inventory and place orders for supplies when necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases with accurate information.
  • Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
  • Provide support for special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Ensure a clean and organized office environment at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
  • High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant is a plus.
