  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and staff members.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and place orders to ensure uninterrupted operation.
  • Respond to incoming communications and redirect queries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in arranging company events, meetings, and presentations, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute written records to relevant parties.
  • Handle customer or visitor inquiries, directing them to the appropriate information or personnel.
  • Support the onboarding process of new employees with documentation and organization.
  • Implement and uphold office procedures and operational protocols to ensure efficiency.
  • Liase with other administrative staff to ensure consistent service across departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong command in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for business settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks and procedures adhered to company standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A high school diploma is required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
