What Awaits You

• You serve as the functional bridge between core departments, ensuring operational redundancy by mastering finance, logistics, and corporate services workflows.
• You manage the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring client invoices are accurate and tax-compliant, while assisting Finance with payment tracking and vendor audits.
• You support the administration of employee visas, labor contracts, and trade license renewals, maintaining a master digital archive for 100% audit readiness.
• You learn and document logistics and admin desk workflows to provide seamless backup support during peak periods or team leave.
• You identify "bottlenecks" in team workflows and suggest streamlining steps, while managing office-wide vendor contracts and resources.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• You possess 4+ years in a broad Operations or Admin role within a fast-paced environment.
• You demonstrate expert proficiency in MS Excel and have hands-on experience with ERP or Accounting platforms.
• You are fluent in English (B1 level or higher); proficiency in the local language or additional languages is a distinct advantage.
• You have a process-oriented mindset with a high level of data precision and the ability to manage internal and external correspondence independently.
