Abortion Care: At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.

Ideal Candidate
Tech savvy, discrete, trustworthy; highly organized person with a proven track record of tracking and staying on top of tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. At least 5 years of experience managing logistical and administrative and/or educational projects through completion, and at least 2 years of successfully managing a team, including managing and coaching through challenging circumstances. Project management skills are a plus. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
What Youll Do
- Lead a High Performing Team: Supervise three (3) administrative support positions; responsible for hiring, onboarding, professional development, and performance management. This includes holding consistent one-on-one meetings with all direct reports to provide guidance, support, and feedback and conducting regular goal check-ins to ensure individual objectives are clear, measurable, and aligned with the team’s and organizational priorities. Annually, lead a performance review providing thoughtful evaluations, recognition, and actionable development plans. Work closely with the COO and direct supervisor to prioritize and assign work, resolve issues, and manage time off requests and time sheets.
- Operations Administrative Functions: Regularly assess systems used in daily work for improvement opportunities and implement solutions that increase efficiency. Handle select matters expeditiously and proactively, following them through to successful completion. Ensure administrative tasks within the Operations teams are managed directly or via delegation to team members, handling them expeditiously and pro-actively, and following through to timely and successful completion. Administrative tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to management of regulatory requirements, such as health center licenses and upkeep of pharmacy protocols; development and maintenance of administrative office protocols and resources; PPG (policy, procedures and guidelines) administration and management; support of committees and project managers with meetings and maintaining records; support of COO and Operations VPs with calendaring, expenses and possibly other clerical duties; monitoring and triaging shared Inboxes; and administration of Medical Services SharePoint, integrating new resources and organizing content in a systemized and user-friendly manner.
Salary Range: $63,914.61 - $80,965.11
- Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for new hires is $63,914.61 - $72,439.86/year and based on related professional experience
