As an Admin Support - Wireline Services , you will be responsible for:


  • Supporting planning and forecasting processes by maintaining accurate schedules and forecasts
  • Assisting in billing and invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and customer requirements
  • Maintaining administrative control of job records, reports and documentation, customer-related data
  • Providing coordination support between service delivery teams, finance and billing teams, customers and external stakeholders
  • Tracking and reporting key operational metrics (planning accuracy, billing status, backlog tracking)
  • Ensuring timely communication and follow-up on operational and customer requests


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support and coordination
  • Have experience in oil & gas / industrial services environment (added advantage)
  • Have good knowledge of customer service principles with ability to handle internal/external stakeholders professionally
  • Have SAP experience (preferred)
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Be familiar with reporting dashboards (Power BI / Excel advanced functions - preferred)
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have high attention to detail and accuracy, and be able to work under pressure
  • Be team-oriented with a strong coordination mindset
