Job Description

The Admin Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing and facilitating the day-to-day administrative functions of an organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities to ensure seamless office operations and provide guidance to administrative staff. The Admin Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing a variety of tasks, from scheduling and budget management to policy implementation and staff training. The role demands excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. With a focus on enhancing productivity and efficiency within the administrative department, the Admin Supervisor supports the overall goals of the organization while maintaining a harmonious work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train administrative staff to enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement office policies to streamline procedures effectively.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Ensure timely processing of documents and authorizations as required.
  • Monitor and manage budgetary constraints within the administrative department.
  • Maintain open communication lines with various departments for operational needs.
  • Evaluate and enhance administrative systems for improved productivity.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and assist with onboarding of new hires.
  • Address and resolve any conflicts or issues within the administrative team.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute reports and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in administrative roles or similar capacity.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in office software including MS Office and database management tools.
  • Ability to implement and monitor policies and procedures effectively.
