The Admin Supervisor 15A26 plays a critical role in the smooth operation of office functions and the coordination of administrative tasks within an organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ensuring that administrative processes are efficient and productive. Handling a variety of tasks such as overseeing daily office operations, managing staff, and optimizing efficiency in administrative processes are key responsibilities. The Admin Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that improve productivity and efficiency while ensuring that all office operations align with company policies. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage the day-to-day operations effectively and to foster a professional environment. The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead a team is essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations and staff activities.
  • Develop strategies to optimize office workflows and administrative processes.
  • Implement company policies and ensure staff adherence for efficient operations.
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and office functions to facilitate productivity.
  • Prepare and monitor administrative and financial reports as required.
  • Supervise recruitment, training, and evaluation of all administrative personnel.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Resolve complex administrative issues promptly with effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with upper management to align departmental goals and strategies.
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.
  • Keenly observe and implement cost-reduction measures in administrative expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in office environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for the role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
