Job Description

The Admin Supervisor 10N25 is a key position responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative operations of an organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that the daily functions of the administrative department are carried out effectively and efficiently. As an Admin Supervisor, you will be tasked with supervising a team of administrative personnel, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance productivity. You will also serve as a liaison between senior management and administrative staff, facilitating communication and the resolution of any operational issues. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of a fast-paced work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily activities of the administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for the department.
  • Coordinate and oversee office services such as records management and budget preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies at all times.
  • Serve as a liaison between upper management and staff on operational issues.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on departmental performance and productivity.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for administrative staff as needed.
  • Manage administrative staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of office facilities and equipment.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new administrative staff members.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for process enhancements.
  • Address employee conflicts and resolve operational issues to maintain team harmony.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction.
