Job Description

The Admin & Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, combining administrative expertise with a flair for sales coordination. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities and manage schedules for the sales team efficiently.
  • Handle incoming client inquiries and provide detailed information about products.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and stored appropriately.
  • Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for logistics and product availability.
  • Organize meetings and events for client prospecting and relationship building.
  • Ensure compliance with all sales-related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and office management.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving any arising problems or complaints from clients promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
