Job Description

The Admin & Sales Coordinator role is pivotal to the seamless operation of our sales department and administrative tasks. This position is designed to support the sales team by streamlining communication, managing logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a highly organized individual who can multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail. As the bridge between customers, sales staff, and the management team, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment. In addition to administrative duties, the role involves coordinating sales activities to enhance productivity and profitability.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and prepare necessary materials for presentations.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of sales strategies and activities.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales metrics and customer feedback.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to optimize their efficiency.
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics with the warehouse and sales team.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate with the purchasing department as needed.
  • Support sales representatives in tracking and following up on sales leads.
  • Organize and maintain the sales department's filing and information systems.
  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate seamless workflow and cooperation.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in administrative or sales support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills essential for coordination.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality outcomes.
