Job Description

The Admin Logistic 25D25 position involves managing and overseeing logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution of goods. This role is critical in ensuring that all logistical functions run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the larger organizational objectives. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily logistical operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments, receipts, and inventory levels in the system.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate contracts and manage transportation costs.
  • Monitor and track the status of shipments to proactively address any delays.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all logistical operations.
  • Prepare and analyze logistics reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the maintenance and storage of logistics equipment and infrastructure.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost management to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various departments to align logistics activities with company goals.
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
  • Train and supervise logistics staff, fostering a high-performance work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
