We are hiring: Admin & Document Control Coordinator


Location: Dubai South, Dubai

Company: Industrial / Manufacturing Project


We are looking for a well-organised Admin & Document Control Coordinator to support office administration, document control, supplier follow-up, basic HR records, invoices/LPO tracking, and project coordination.


Requirements:

- 2–4 years UAE experience preferred

- Strong English communication

- Good Excel, Word, Outlook skills

- Experience in admin, document control, procurement support, construction, manufacturing, or trading company preferred

- Must be organized, accurate, and able to follow up independently

- Candidates living near Dubai South, Jebel Ali, DIP, Discovery Gardens, Al Furjan, Expo area, or nearby preferred

- Immediate joiners preferred
