We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Admin Cum Customer Coordinator. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage travel itineraries for management.

  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s services and product offerings.
  • Track inventory and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support operations team in project planning and execution of customer orders.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer experience and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role for two or more years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
