Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Admin Coordinator to be based in the Operations Team. In this role, the successful candidate will Coordinate implementation of operations plans and processes to deliver a smooth supply chain and operational model for the targeted business volumes, meet products/ services standards and exceed quality standards in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies

In this position you will


  • Coordinate development and implementation of operations plans and processes.
  • Execute plans to deliver agreed customer, service, quality and financial objectives for the assigned site/ work stations(s).
  • Coach and guide the team for execution of day-to-day tasks and activities to provide smooth logistics operations.
  • Delegate jobs to the respective sections and track activities of receiving, handling and dispatching stations and registered mailings to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Organize work stations and ensure neatness and cleanliness of work stations.
  • Implement planning and management of human resources, materials and logistics infrastructure to deliver logistics services.
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers on operational performance and delivery against the agreed performance objectives.
  • Support business development/ account management on contractual/ commercial issues and customer renewal planning
  • Propose opportunities to grow business with and retain existing customer base, and support development and execution of customer business plan.
  • Coordinate operating processes, site infrastructure, equipment, IT systems, operating structure, etc. to deliver targeted capacities.
  • Enhance awareness of policies and ensure compliance with company/ local statutory obligations and legislation related to safety, health, security, environment & quality.
  • Identify issues, opportunities and execute practices focusing on delivering site improvement and enhanced productivity.
  • Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders.
  • Regular contact with other specialist departments.
  • Cooperate with 3rd parties e.g. external service providers.

  • Bachelor’s Degree – in English curriculum.
  • More than 2 years of relevant experience.
