Trustbend Packers & Movers, a well-established logistics and relocation company based in Dubai, is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth administrative coordination in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and office staff
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Maintain and organize files, documents, and office records accurately
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Support basic HR and accounting-related administrative tasks when required
Ensure office supplies are monitored and replenished on time
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
