Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Admin & Inventory Assistant who can support both office operations and basic warehouse coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who can balance administrative tasks with hands-on inventory responsibilities, ensuring smooth workflow between the admin office and the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain filing systems (physical & digital) for easy document retrieval.
• Assist in securing necessary government permits for projects.
• Coordinate meetings, office activities, and internal communication.
• Handle phone calls and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures.


Inventory & Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Support in receiving, organizing, and issuing inventory items.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stocking and labeling.
• Update inventory logs and maintain accurate stock records.
• Report low-stock items and assist in preparing purchase requests.
• Assist in monthly or quarterly stock counts.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of materials in the storage area.
• Work closely with production teams to provide required materials on time.
• Ensure all stock movement is documented and approved.


Warehouse Coordination / Junior Supervisor Tasks:

• Monitor compliance with warehouse procedures and safety rules.
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Ensure items are properly handled and stored to avoid damage.
• Coordinate with drivers, technicians, and production staff when needed.
• Support the Line Manager in improving warehouse workflow.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in admin, inventory, or warehouse support is a plus.
• Good communication skills (Arabic/English).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and readiness to learn.
