The Admin Assistant cum Data Entry Clerk plays a vital role in supporting administrative functions while ensuring accurate data entry tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence materials.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with an emphasis on speed and precision.
  • Provide reception duties such as greeting visitors and answering calls professionally.
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports and documents.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as required by management.
  • Ensure all office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary to maintain supply levels.
  • Collaborate with different departments to enhance organizational efficiency and workflow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant tertiary qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role for at least one year.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
