Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and management.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments while managing calendars effectively.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records to ensure organizational data integrity.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports with attention to detail.
  • Contribute to team meetings by documenting minutes and following up on decisions.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and billing processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records regularly.
  • Support month-end closing processes and assist in financial data analysis.
  • Implement and maintain office systems, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on financial practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role.
  • Strong proficiency with office software and familiarity with accounting tools.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles is an asset.
