Job Description

The Administrative Assistant is a critical role within our organization, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, as necessary.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assist in preparing and proofreading reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handle confidential information appropriately and maintain privacy at all times.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workplace.
  • Support the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate office maintenance and repair activities.
  • Assist in organizing and managing company events and functions, both onsite and offsite.
  • Monitor office expenditures and assist in budget tracking and reporting activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a comparable role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
