The Admin Assistant 15N25 position is a crucial role within our organization, providing essential support to various departments and teams. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for maintaining files, scheduling meetings, and supporting team projects. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments efficiently.
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and electronic records securely.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations as required.
  • Assist in planning and execution of company events and special projects.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication professionally and courteously.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams to enhance project productivity.
  • Help in maintaining an organized and tidy office environment at all times.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
  • Utilize office equipment effectively and arrange for repairs when necessary.
  • Maintain updated contact information and directories for staff and stakeholders.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience for at least two years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multitasking efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work deliverables.
