Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to various departments within the organization. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth and efficient office operations by handling various administrative tasks, liaising between departments, and providing excellent service to clients and visitors. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the company's daily incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and departmental events efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations.
  • Maintain an orderly filing system and ensure document accessibility for all staff.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as faxing, mailing, and data entry tasks.
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Support the procurement process by handling office supplies and purchasing orders.
  • Develop and uphold effective communication within and between departments.
  • Keep track of office expenditures and process expense claims promptly.
  • Handle requests for information and forward them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.
  • Assist with special projects or assignments as required by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within an office setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines.
