Job Description

As an Admin & Sales professional, you will play a critical role in the seamless operation and success of our team. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while driving sales initiatives to achieve our business goals. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the sales team by preparing and processing sales documents.
  • Maintain customer records and handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Generate sales reports and assist in data analysis for strategic planning.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ensure effective communication between administration and sales departments.
  • Track and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate availability at all times.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
  • Contribute to market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional activities and materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative and sales support roles in a similar setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Uae Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
