Key Responsibilities

Sustainability Consultant:-


Operational

• Track record of managing certification processes (LEED, Estidama, etc.) for at least 3–5 completed projects.
• Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation, material-submittals while ensuring adherence to green building standards and regulations (including EPDs, VOCs, FSC, recycled content, commissioning compliance etc.).
• Conduct site visits to project sites to monitor & ensure compliance of construction activities with the sustainability targets and prepare monthly sustainability progress reports to capture all updates.
• Lead/ assist in the preparation of Green Building Certification documentation & submission across design and/or construction stage for onward submission & approval from the certifying body.
• Demonstrate knowledge in the inputs required and data collection needed to feed into the energy model associated with architectural & MEP design inputs and also review the model outputs for any potential design optimization.
• Assist in green construction compliance monitoring on-site (e.g., indoor air quality management, construction waste diversion, erosion control).
• Conduct or support site walkthroughs, inspections, and preparation of sustainability and/or Environmental monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate sustainable design practices from project inception through completion.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and accreditation bodies, facilitating communication and documentation exchange.
• Stay informed about emerging green building/ sustainability and/or environmental regulations, technologies, and practices to offer cutting-edge solutions to the clients.
  
   

Consultant – ESG & Climate Change:-

Operational:

• Deep understanding of Circular economy principles, embodied carbon, and life-cycle assessment.
• Deep Knowledge In conducting construction projects life cycle assessment using digital tools (e.g., OneClick LCA, Tally).
• Assist senior staff in data collection of building materials quantities & specifications necessary to conduct building LCA using OneClick LCA.
• Conduct comprehensive corporate carbon footprint assessment for multiple sectors as well as building life cycle assessment for construction projects.
• Advise clients/organizations on GHG emissions relevant to their business operations.
• Develop project specific data collection sheet and tools for Scope 1, Scope 2 & 3 emissions.
• Provide technical support to clients for supply chains emissions calculations using primary & secondary activity data input and selecting suitable GHG emissions factors.
• Assist clients in preparing ESG reports and ensuring compliance with reporting frameworks such as CDP, GRI, and TCFD. Provide insights into industry-specific sustainability benchmarks and reporting standards.
• Conduct site visits to facilities & offices to collect ESG data pertainent to GHG emissions and other ESG topics metrics and KPIs required for preparation of ESG baselines and ESG reports.
