Accounts & Finance Executive

Requirements:

• Min. 3-5 yrs of Accounting/Finance Experience in UAE
• Expertise in UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
• MS Suite
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts/ finance independently
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) - Vendor Bills, Payment reconciliations and follow-ups
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) - Invoicing, collections. follow-ups and strong on recovering outstanding payments from customers.
• Follow-up with customers and ensure timely collection of payments
• Prepare financial statements, reports and analysis
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure VAT compliance, VAT Return filing, and documentation
• Ensure Corporate Tax compliance, filing , and documentation
• Process journal entries and ensure proper accounting of all transactions
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit
• Handle payroll, staff advances, expense claims and related accounting
• Use accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or any other similar) for day-to-day accounting and reporting
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and decision making
