Job Description

An Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting wider financial operations. Responsibilities

  • Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management for various departments.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate financial audits effectively.
  • Review and process expense reports, invoices, and vendor payments.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve outstanding accounting and finance issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
