Job Description

The Accounts Executive position is a crucial role within the financial department of a company, responsible for managing a wide array of financial activities and client interactions. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for the administration of client accounts, maintaining positive relationships while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and reporting. You will also work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a proactive approach to solving problems, and strong communication abilities. Our ideal candidate is someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to handle multiple accounts with professionalism and integrity.


Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes related to client accounts.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and work closely with clients to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of budgets, cash flow, and financial plans.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify potential improvements in processes and controls.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits of financial information.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of financial transactions and accounts.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
