Accounts and Sales Assistant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts & Sales Executive to join our team. This role combines basic accounting responsibilities with sales support, making it ideal for candidates who want to grow in both finance and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks (invoicing, data entry, expense tracking)
• Maintain and update financial records accurately
• Support the sales team with quotations, client follow-ups, and order processing
• Communicate with clients regarding payments and account status
• Prepare basic financial and sales reports
• Help identify new sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with invoicing or bookkeeping
• Sales or customer service exposure
• Familiarity with CRM tools
