Job Description

Oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collections.
Monitor customer accounts to identify and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address billing-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare regular financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Lead and mentor a small team of accounts receivable professionals.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Receivables Lead should have:

6+ years of experience with a CA or MBA finance qualification
Proven expertise in accounts receivable processes and financial operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership experience
