Accounting And Finance Intern Real Estate

Employment Type: 3-Month Internship with Potential Full-Time Opportunity

Onelink Properties is looking for an Accounting & Finance Intern with previous experience or exposure within a Dubai real estate brokerage company.

The successful candidate will complete a three-month internship, during which performance, accounting knowledge, accuracy, and overall suitability will be evaluated. Based on successful completion and performance, the candidate may be offered a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Support commission calculations and real estate transaction records.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate accounting data and prepare basic reports.
• Support the Finance team with month-end documentation and other accounting tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Dubai-based real estate brokerage company is mandatory.
• Understanding of real estate brokerage accounting and commission-related transactions.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Available to commit to a three-month internship.
• Interested in developing into a full-time Accounting/Finance role.
