About the Role

EVOTECH GLOBAL is looking for a young, passionate, and tech-savvy Accountant to join our growing ERP team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and audit clients' books of accounts and financial documents.
• Verify accounting records and ensure financial data is accurate before ERP implementation.
• Prepare and organize ERP migration-ready accounting documents and master data.
• Generate, review, and validate financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, General Ledger, Cash Flow, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Assist with data migration from existing accounting software into the ERP system.
• Perform account reconciliations and financial data validation.
• Support clients during finance module implementation and provide functional guidance.
• Assist clients with VAT, Corporate Tax, Chart of Accounts, and accounting configurations.
• Work closely with the implementation and development teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Maintain proper documentation throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting, and auditing.
• Hands-on experience with Tally is mandatory.
• Experience using Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, or other accounting software is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting reports, reconciliations, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
• Passionate about accounting, technology, and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates who have worked with Tally Partners, Zoho Books Partners, accounting software companies, or ERP implementation companies will have a strong advantage.
• Experience working in an accounting consultancy, audit firm, or CA firm, managing accounts for multiple clients, is highly preferred.
• Experience handling data migration or software implementation projects is an added advantage.
