Accountant

• Previous experience in real estate accounting in Dubai is mandatory.
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and AML regulations.
• Support audits, financial reviews, and risk assessments.
• Identify and report any suspicious financial activities in line with AML policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in real estate accounting in Dubai is mandatory.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Tally, or other accounting software.
• Working knowledge of AML policies and financial compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
