Accountant - Real Estate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team, Experience in real estate is a must. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate reporting to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of real estate transactions, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.

• Proven experience as an Accountant in the real estate sector (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT/tax regulations, and real estate financial practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems).

• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
