Accountant - Finance & Admin

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards is consistently met.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and support strategic planning.
• Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting across all departments.
• Collaborate with administration on organizational initiatives and resource allocation.
• Assist with the audit process, including coordination with external auditors as needed.
• Implement and improve financial and administrative procedures for increased efficiency.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
• Reconcile bank and other financial statements with internal records on a regular basis.
• Maintain and enhance financial systems and controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to finance and administration support staff as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in a similar role.
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance.
• Experience in using financial software-Zoho Books
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Can work independently
