 What you’ll deliver

•Youll analyze monthly payroll changes and reports, recalculate payroll entitlements, Investigate payroll differences and prepare payroll payment records and invoices.

•Youll review employee claims, end-of-service benefits, temporary staff payments, education claims, allowances, and other employee-related expenses according to the policies.

•Youll reconcile payroll-generated reports with GPSSA billing records, DEWS schedules, and other statutory or third-party benefit payment and validate employee contribution data, payment amounts etc.

•Youll ensure to respond to employee and stakeholder queries relating to payroll, claims, and employee expenses in a timely and professional manner. As well as coordinate with HR, Finance, Business Units, and external parties to resolve operational issues .

What you bring

•You should be educated to a Higher Diploma or Diploma Degree in preferred in accounting, acquired 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience and 1 – 5 years of overall experience

•You’ll have knowledge in Employee Payroll expenses, such as employee claims , EOS, Pension and account reconciliation.

•Youll have knowledge of using ERP and should be able to demonstrate accounting knowledge and identify any non-compliance.
