Join Trustbend Packers & Movers as an Accountant Assistant and become part of a dedicated team supporting smooth financial operations in our Dubai branch. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working with numbers and contributing to efficient accounting processes in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily accounting tasks, including data entry, billing, and invoice processing.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely updating of ledgers.
Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment follow-ups and documentation.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and company procedures.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in an accounting role (UAE experience preferred).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
Excellent numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
