Responsibilities

• Coordinate the oversight and management of audit processes and tax filings.
• Maintain and update accounting records and bookkeeping systems regularly.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support the organization's financial planning.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepancies identified.
• Develop, modify, and implement efficient accounting control procedures.
• Advise management on financial strategies and decision-making processes.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure financial integrity and transparency within the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as required.
• Support the preparation and review of financial statements for external reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Professional accounting certification such as CPA, CA, or CMA is desirable.
• Proven experience in accounting or a related financial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in financial analysis.
