As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our organization's financial transactions. Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor company financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial data and forecast future financial trends for strategic planning.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheets, general ledgers, and financial reports.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Conduct variance analysis and report findings to senior management.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure thorough accuracy.
• Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis to support corporate strategy and financial planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
• A minimum of three years of accounting experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials.
• Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
