Job Description

The Account Support Associate role is a critical position within our organization, designed to provide exemplary support and service to our account management team and clients. This position focuses on offering administrative and operational assistance to ensure the efficient management of client accounts. You will be responsible for helping streamline operations, helping to maintain client satisfaction, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service. Your role requires a blend of customer service skills, organizational prowess, and attention to detail. As an Account Support Associate, you will liaise with various departments, respond to client inquiries, process documentation, and provide insights into improving client experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Assist account managers with day-to-day operational tasks and client inquiries.
  • Maintain and update client account information in our database.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Prepare and process client documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their inquiries or requests.
  • Support in the preparation of reports on account activity and service performance.
  • Conduct research to assist in improving client service and operational processes.
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls within a defined timeframe.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on client service improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client data and business transactions.
  • Assist in developing training materials for onboarding new account support staff.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the account management team leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
