Job Description

An Account Support Associate plays a critical role in assisting the account management team to deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients. This position involves handling a variety of administrative and client service duties that help ensure the smooth operation of accounts and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-oriented approach to resolving issues. As an Account Support Associate, you will work closely with account managers, providing comprehensive support to facilitate the management of clients' accounts. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, coordinating with other departments to resolve issues, and assisting with account documentation and updates. Your goal is to ensure clients receive the best possible service and to support the account managers in all account-related activities.


Responsibilities

  • Assist account managers in managing and maintaining client accounts effectively.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and organize account documentation for client meetings and presentations.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure that client deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Track and analyze client feedback to assist in improving services and processes.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Handle client requests for information and data updates efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop improved service processes and strategies.
  • Support account managers in the preparation and execution of client contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or account support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-focused orientation.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
